We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and EcomExpress depending on your pin code and availability. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Tracking details are sent to your registered email and phone within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on siphorahq.in.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us at Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
